For me personally, works a lot better than NO Xplode. The flavors are good. Mostly on the tangy side, but definitely drinkable. Mixes good for the most part... Needs to be shaken from time to time. The energy, pump, and focus is definitely there after 20 minutes of consumption. No bad side effects noted. I have used this product for the past 3 months and have had no stomach or headaches. No crash after use.

Used others before ie: NO Xplode, White Flood, Muscle Assualt, and Black Powder. This is the best yet. Even better, take the Grape flavor Jack3d with Optimum Nutrition's Preload Creatine Grape flavor and mix them 30 min prior, tastes great

Jack 3D Is totally amazing, no other Pre-workout suppliment can compare. I've tried more than I can count and feel like i wasted so much money, Jack 3d is all i need.

My friend works out a lot, he recommended this product to me for my workouts. He said that when he took Jack3d he left the gym not because he was tired but because he ran out of things to do. I was a bit skeptical. Then I tried it. I ran on the elliptical for an hour and I was still not tired. I finally had to go because my workout partner had other plans and he was my ride! It's quite amazing how much longer you can go with Jack3d versus nothing. You probably won't notice it much during your lifting workout, but when you do cardio, man does it show. You need to make sure you give it long enough to take effect, its just the way it works (I won't go into details, suffice it to say you need time to build up a surplus of ATP, the body's direct energy molecule). Also, whatever you do, do NOT use Jack3d for more than 3 months at a time. Just don't. Take at least one month off. Other than that, have fun and enjoy your long-ass workout!

You will never have a workout like the one you will have with JACK3D. I take mine 20 minutes before i workout, and i feel the tingle in about 10 minutes and i know i'm ready to go. That tingle all through your body tells you that it's working perfectly. I've tried all sorts of pre workout supplements and i end up not finishing them and throwing them out because nothing gives you more endurance like this stuff. I don't know if it gives me extra pumps but i don't worry about that i can get a pump easily every workout.
If you want the best workout of your life then get this supplement you will not be disappointed. I've tried lemon lime which is great and Bubble gum grape which tastes like grape koolaid.
