im a girl, and this is my second month taking this. I highly recommend this. No stomach pains, no nausea (just frequent trips to the potty). you can take this on a empty stomach, but make sure you down a lot of water throughout the day. Dont want to wake up thirsty.
yes you really can feel the tingle. and your body gets hot in those fatty areas. Im sticking by this type of beta alanine. Its cheaper, and you can use all that saved money to buy you some smaller clothes! Ive lost steady amount of healthy weight, and everything feels lighter (increased strength).
not to mention my *ahem libido is a little higher.(not a bad thing)
Im a swimmer, and this doesnt bulk up my muscle like He-Man (thank goodness!). Im leaner,and nobody knows im taking this. I just hear "Did you lose some weight? You look good girl, you look good!!" pretty often now. {^-^}

I was completly satisfied with this item. I used it during the time I was losing weight and I loved the way it made my muscles feel even after just doing a set of 15 push-ups. I have already recommend this product to my friends who are just starting to workout. I just finished my 2nd bottle and will be ordering a 3rd in another week. I gave the product 4 stars only because you have to take 3 caps. as one dose.
