I really like this protein shake. Since changing my eating habits and working out intensely while using this product, I lost 15 lbs and 5% body fat. It tastes pretty good, especially if you shake it up with ice cubes and cold water.

Rendering 25 grams of protein in one serving (two scoops), this largely whey-based protein has a delicious smell and taste in the Light Banana Creme flavor. It mixes well. I sprinkle it on my morning cereal, just one scoop, to give me an added 12 grams of protein or so for breakfast. The Light of course refers to reduced calories, which I need. I appreciate the product offering this option. If you like the taste of banana, check out this high-grade product.

Wow! I ordered late one day.The next day my order was processed and sent out and it arrived to my doorstep in 2 days! Wicked awesome Amazon and All Star Health! I have been searching stores in Orlando for ages looking for Muscle Milk Light Peanut Butter Chocolate and couldn't find it. Amazon helped me find the online store for All Star Health and they had Peanut Butter Chocolate and so many other flavors to choose from. I will definitely try another flavor soon. Thanks very much for making my first time customer experience with All Star Health a good one.

The vanilla flavor Muscle Milk Light tastes great. The protein powder mixes easily with a fork and is easy to drink. I highly recommend any of their products.

Muscle Milk Light Vanilla Creme protein powder tastes GREAT! I did a lot of research and read many reviews before trying this. I've also tried quite a few other brands (Designer Protein, Zero Carb, etc.) and this one tastes the best. I mix it in with my waffle mix for a yummy breakfast, but it also tastes great on its own. I highly recommend it.
