I've tried everything from Cytosport/No-Xplode/LipoX.... This by far gave me the most energy. The first time I took the recommended scoops ( 2 ) 45 minutes later I felt all tingly and had an explosive workout. Since I've just recovered from " Mono", this is a really good pickmeup. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for that extra pre-workout "boost". Only thing is.... The Taste! Ewwww,I tried drinking it by itself.. Does not taste like lemonade.. I almost threw-up.. I tried mixing it with my fruit smoothie.. Bad choice.. still has a very very strong gross taste in that.. Overall, if u don't mind taste and need that energy, this is the product for u. Hope this helps.

I've tried everything from NO-Xplode to NO-Shotgun and I have finally found the supplement that keeps me super focused and makes me want to keep lifting. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for the greatest physical and mental boost at the gym.

I've tried NO Explode and had good results with it, but very expensive through GNC. Saw this product and all the great reviews and figured I would give this one a try, the price was good so why not. This is a great product, awesome energy, great pumps. I do get the hot tingles in my face and neck but I kind of like it, lets me know its working. will definately by again. Let some other guys try it and they went out and bought it for themselves. One warning, do not take 2 full scoops the first time! Start off with 1 and work up to 2, just saying.

Controlled Labs White Flood VS BSN NO-xPlode
Content comparison:
- White Flood contains 1.38lb (628 grams).
- No-Xplode contains 2.25lb (1025grams).
- Both products states 50 servings.
EFFECTIVENESS:
White Flood is an impressive product. It delivers the same potent effect (versus NO-xplode) but White Flood does it with a smaller serving. This gives my kidneys less work to do:-) After about 35 minutes, I definitely felt what the Controlled Labs claimed on their label. Wow.
PRICE TO WEIGHT RATIO:
The winner goes to No-xplode. HOWEVER, when you consider the servings deliver the same "performance satisfaction", you have to wonder why No-xplode needs so much powder to match White Flood's results.
CONCLUSION:
When I first opened the White Flood container, I laughed out loud at the teeny tiny spoon scoop inside. I admit, I was fooled. This product surprised me in big way. It delivered maximum effectiveness equal to NO-xplode.
White Flood smells just like Kool Aid. The taste is okay.
OTHER THOUGHTS:
If you've been taking No-xplode too long and your body is becoming tolerant to it, White Flood is a good product to switch over to.
My body seems to respond better with White Flood and No-xplode than some of the others that I have tried. Superpump delivers too but I prefer the other two. Some other brands that did not work for me are NanoVapor. I tried Ragnarok (only once) but my body didn't respond to it either.

Comparable to BSN No-Xplode but I like this even better! Great results and better workouts while using.
