The amount of free testosterone can be altered (increased) by the use of aromatase inhibitors such as TestroPlex. The less testosterone that is synthesized [aromatized] into estrogen, the more total testosterone) or inhibitors of the plasma proteins that bind into testosterone. Manipulating the tendency of a testosterone to exist in an unbound state is an effective way to alter the overall activity and potency of ones overall testosterone levels. Higher levels of testosterone produce an enhanced anti-glucocorticoid effect, which yields an anti-catabolic, or more precisely, anti-proteoolytic, effect on muscle cells. This indirect effect is the result of testosterones high affinity for binding with glucocorticoid receptors, thus blocking the normal messenger pathway that triggers protein release from muscle tissue. I was taking it more for a general well being supplement and I'm pretty sure this made me feel more alert, focused, and healthy. Not like a dirty kind of alert and focus like caffeine feels like (you know where you feel focused but sort of polluted too...), just good vitality. I wouldn't say it's an incredible boost like some type of steroid or anything like that just a subtle yet noticeable one. I do know that products like these seem to have different effects on different people but this is my two cents on it. I practice dance and I noticed in long session that I'm still going at it pretty hard and perhaps even better after a few hours where I'm normally beat and ready to call it quits.

Does it work? who knows. I can tell you this. I took a alot of this with a lot of the tribulus at same time and definately felt it. Effects were minor, except for added frequent trips to bathroom (#2). I have purchased the tribulus to use alone to see effect.
