I could tell after sticking to taking this product that everything physical I did just seemed to be more intense for me. My veins started popping out more which was nice to see again.

I had been using Force Factor over the winter to good results. I tried this because it was similar and much less expensive. I took it quite regularly and followed a good work out routine. I think it helped maintain my gains from Force Factor, but didn't really add anything new. I experienced no negative side effects. I would recommend it based on the price.
