The strength gains I got during my first tub were amazing! I would recommend a good shaker cup and give it a shake before sipping. Follow directions and you will not be dissapointed.

To sum up my time thus far using Gaspari Size On creatine, I have increased my bench over 20 pounds and gained about 15 pounds in one month's time. Essentially, this is creatine when it comes down to it, so you have to decide whether or not you're willing to put it in your body to begin with. Once you pass that hurdle, Gaspari nutrition would be my greatest recommendation. Keep in mind that while using creatine, you need to consume a substantial amount of water in order to flush your kidneys. Analysts determine that 12-eight ounce cups is up to par for the regular gym guy, so while on creatine, I've entirely double that intake consuming about 2 gallons a day. Keep your diet up while on creatine and make sure to hit the gym 5-6 times a week. Gaspari nutrition is certainly of a superior quality and I would highly recommend all you creatine consumers to try Size On!

SizeOn is my choice for something to sip on during workouts. It helps my endurance, and mixes easily in a shaker. Some will settle to the bottom during your workout, as I would have expected.
It's only really needed on workout days, so SizeOn will last much longer if you use it that way rather than as directed on the label.
Wild Berry is my favorite flavor of those offered. It's neither too strong nor too sweet.
It can be a bit dusty, so beware when you scoop some out: you may see a mini-cloud appear!
Why not 5 stars? I wish it cost less. But at least the cost is minimized when you have it ordered through Subscribe & Save.

Well, first of all, let me tell you that I bought this product with a great expectation.
Now let me tell you my experience:
- I felt no diffence in my reps or weight lifted
- Before I tryed with creatine monohydrated and I felt a grate change but it was difficult to drink it. Now with this is a little bit easier because it has flavor.
- I tryed SuperPump frutipunch and I love that flavor, really deliciuous, thats why I was specting something similar. deaaaaaam this SizeOn taste awfull!!.. disgusting!... really bad flavor....
- Despite the flavor, I'm noticing a volume increment in my muscles regarding to the creatine effects.
- As a creatine effect you did not feel so tired after workout.
I just have 1 week taking it, so lets see what happen when I finished my tub.
