I brought the vanilla 17oz muscle milk after I worked out today at my local fitness center's juice bar. I was amazed at the taste of the product. It's been 3 hours since I've had muscle milk and my usual afternoon hunger is gone....I'll be drinking muscle milk after my workout all the time. You can also drink it before workouts,or at bedtime....This is my 1st time drinking it so I can't speak to the muscle effects yet.

I have been drinking Muscle Milk for a while now. They are the first drinks that I have tried that actually have a good taste. I have only tried the chocolate because I do not like the other flavors (not by trying them). I can say that the chocolate actually tastes like chocolate milk. These drinks seem to suppress my appetite as well. Once you try these you will not go back to any others.

This has to be one the best Protein supplements in the market! And more importantly, the taste is just unbelievable! The Banana Creme and Vanilla flavors are the best. From a "Supplement Facts" perspective, each RTD bottle is packed with 32, yeah 32g of Protein, and only 14g of Carbohydrates! The Total fat is 16g which might be on the higher side, again 6g of which are in the form of MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) that are typically burned as energy and aren't stored as body fat! All in all, it works really good for me and if you are an active person like I am, you should prolly go get yourself some. (GNC also sells this for like 3 bucks)

a terrific supplement, replaced a meal and was quite filling!! Worked well with my diet plan.

This product is the best ever, trust me when I say this. I had Gastric by-pass surgery, so I have to drink alot of these kinds of shakes. This by far is the best,tasting smooth as silk. I just love it all the flavors are wonderful. The protein you get from it is wonderful. Try it is GREAT!!!!!!!! Amazon is great to deal with good prices and shipping is fast.
