I highly recommend this product to those suffering from the symptoms of hormonal imbalance. I noticed an improvement in libido and overall improved mood within less than 2 weeks of taking it! I take 1 cap in the morning and 1 at bedtime. For me, the results were very quick, and I felt an overall sense of wellbeing. Give it a try! It's safe, and you can use a dosage that works for you. I like this product. Wish it had more then 500mg because sometimes you forge to talk 3 pills. Overall i like the product.
